"Weigh to Health" Program: Maintenance
Success is not in starting a lifestyle change but in the
obtainment of treatment goals and, most importantly, the ability
to achieve the maintenance of these goals over time. Research
has shown that the integration of a lifestyle change into a
person's life is the result of the development of a set of
winning attitudes and behavioral tracking.

Psychologist is the Director of our Maintenance Program and his
expertise in behavior modification coupled with an appreciation
of the power of the mind and spirit will form the foundation
that you need to be successful.
Services offered in the Maintenance
component of our program involve both individual and group
contact including:

*8 week program covering topics ranging from
nutrition, exercise, seasonal challenges, behavior
coaching, spirituality and health |
| INDIVIDUAL SERVICES: |

*individual sessions with our team leaders as needed
to maximize patient understanding and motivation that
may include: |

*relaxation training, lifestyle coaching, meditation
and self-hypnosis |
