The Homestead Ostomy and Wound
Care Program is a unique on-site health service dedicated to
providing a full continuum of wound care. Our service provides
assessments and management of chronic and acute wounds to
achieve optimal outcomes using advanced medical methodologies,
pain management, patient education and support, and coordination
of care.
Our program specializes in
the treatment of the following types of wounds:

improve or heal within 30 days
